If you are like me, you probably would spend a lot of time on screen either on your computer or be it your smart phones.
There have been a lot of researches concerning onscreen time causing prolonged physical effects. According to medical advice, excessive device use causes poor sleep, if you use bright devices just before you sleep it can cause poor quality sleep. The blue light from screen not only would keep us awake, it may also damage the retina, resulting in eye strain.
That’s where i want to share with you all the 20 20 20 rule. So here’s what it is, every 20 minutes take a 20 second break and look at something which is 20 feet away from your screen (computer or mobile/ whatever gadget you are using). Not only will it reduce eye strain but will also increase alertness and increase productivity.
