As i am progressing  daily to getting to know the essence of yoga, it’s fascinating me even more than before. I feels as if i am on a journey – a journey to self discovery. Many believe yoga to be just the asanas or the physical postures only, however if some yogis are reading this, then they will agree with me that there is a whole universe to be explored within it. Yoga has a history dated back to 5000 years old, having its origins from India.

Me taking advantage of raising awareness on yoga this day, i would highly recommend everybody to take out time from your busy schedules and just unwind yourself with yoga this year. You are definitely going to thank me later.
