The lack of oxygen plays a major part in causing the cells to become malignant, and the best way to fully oxygenate your system is to breathe effectively. Breathing cleanses our lymph system. You have four times as much lymph fluid in your body as you do blood. Now lets understand this, the lymph system is the sewage system in your body. There is no pump for lymph; unlike the bloodstream which has a pump that is your heart. So the only way to pump lymph fluid is through effective breathing and muscular movements
So, is there any effective way to breathe?
Yes, there is gladly. You should breathe in this ratio: 1-4-2 . So, if you inhaled one count, hold four counts and exhale two counts. Exhaling twice of what you inhale will eliminate any toxins through your lymphatic system. While holding on four times as long will fully oxygenate your body and activate your lymphatic system.
No wonder our yogis guru’s stress so much on breathing exercises.
