A Yoga Trainer  & a Life coach.  Over the span of 10 years, Uroosa’s passion and curiosity led her to explore the remarkable power of human mind and what it’s capable of. She is a Licensed Emotional Intelligence Coach from the International Coaching Federation. 

She believes that the only thing that stops people to step in their true potential is their own self. With a wide experience and knowledge in her bucket  in the field of Personal development and an in-depth study and trainings in mind sciences gives her an edge when dealing and understanding her clients as well as her audience.

Uroosa is a certified Hypnotherapist by National Guild of Hypnotist USA,  an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner, a Reiki Healer and a Yoga Trainer. Being the founder and CEO of Mindemy – Mind Academy. Her wide areas of skillsets and tools has allowed her to see a holistic view when giving trainings and coaching. Her work with clients go a lot deeper, helping individuals gain clarity and see a transformative change in them. She excels in motivating individuals to bring about a successful change in their lives so they can make this world a better place to live. She is honoured to be the Vice President of NLP Chapter by the Federation of Trainers Pakistan.

She is Certified in Neuro-Science coaching, trained in CBT and is a master in therapy with having years of experience in dealing with clients. So far she has coached over 1000+ aspirants to personal and professional success.  She has Conducted over 100+ workshops, trainings programs, corporate events & appearances as guest speaker. Including IBA University, ICMA, PAF-KIET, Iqra University, SUFFA University, Rotary International, ACCA Pakistan, TearFund, Muhammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU), PEC  etc. Uroosa Mohsin has also appeared as a Tedx Speaker.

Along with being a  Relationship, Mindset and success coach, Uroosa will help you unlock those areas of life that have caged you and hold you hostage for too long. She has been trained from the top trainer in USA in the field of Personal Development. She has also been a member of Federation of Pakistan Training and Development Industry (FPCCI).
